A mature, relaxed lifestyle community in a secure, park like setting where neighbours care for neighbours.
Mini Lakes gets it's name from the several spring fed lakes and streams that wind all though the development. Aberfoyle is well known for its water quality and quantity. Some homes are right on the water, while others are nestled in mature trees. None are far from the pool and rec centre. Mini Lakes has its own well for drinking use, right on the development. It is managed and overseen by the region to keep it to Ministry standards. Part of the monthly fee that residents pays goes towards our own park sewage treatment station. That's why we enjoy year round living in Mini Lakes.
