Mini Lakes is situated just north of the 401 (exit 299), just east of Brock Road on Wellington County Road 34. Mini Lakes is located in the Township of Puslinch, which is in the County of Wellington, in the Province of Ontario.

Mini Lakes gets it's name from the several spring fed lakes and streams that wind all though the development. Aberfoyle is well known for its water quality and quantity. Some homes are right on the water, while others are nestled in mature trees. None are far from the pool and rec centre. Mini Lakes has its own well for drinking use, right on the development. It is managed and overseen by the region to keep it to Ministry standards. Part of the monthly fee that residents pays goes towards our own park sewage treatment station.
